Greetings! I'm Yesica Montoya, and our story begins with a journey of resilience and the unwavering support of our furry companions. In 2011, my mom and I relocated from Colombia to the United States, leaving behind our sewing business. Life took an unexpected turn in 2015 when my stepfather passed away, catapulting me into the role of provider. Amidst personal challenges, I sought ways to uplift my mom's spirits. While in California for job training, I stumbled upon a treasure trove of used sewing machines. With a spark of inspiration, I purchased the machines, loaded them onto a trailer (despite never having done so before), and drove them back to Mesa. The goal was clear—to create something beautiful that would bring joy not only to us but to others as well. That's when PoshdoggiesAZ was born. Fueled by a love for our furry friends, we embarked on a journey of crafting stylish clothes for dogs. Bimbo, my mom's loyal canine companion, stood as a pillar of support during those challenging times. Witnessing the positive impact of having a dog by her side, I welcomed Nicky into my life shortly after—a decision that transformed both of us. Nicky, now the proud face of PoshdoggiesAZ, became our little model and the embodiment of our brand. Beyond stylish apparel, PoshdoggiesAZ is a celebration of how these incredible fur children have the power to make our lives infinitely happier.
